I’m Zaxy Sebring, a psychedelic digital artist living in Chicago, IL, USA. I’m agender and use they/them pronouns.

I’ve been working as an illustrator and graphic designer for 4 years. I make album art, logos, social media assets, promotional material and merch designs which reflect my clients’ energy. A lot of my work has been for independent musicians and underground record labels – I love to translate sound to imagery.

My personal work is fantastical and super-saturated, depicting interdimensional forms in dreamlike environments.  I combine digital painting, 2D and 3D computer-generated images, photomanipulation/digital collage, and traditional media as parts of my process. Some of the things that inspire me are biology (especially microorganisms and plants); anarchist, queer, rave, and psychedelic counterculture; early computer-generated art; Internet communities past and present; and physics (especially particle physics and physical cosmology).

Also, I’m a DJ! My radio show, extatic antickz, is live every other Tuesday on datafruits.fm.
